Il ristorante è una vera perla nascosta, un connubio perfetto tra innovazione e tradizione. Sin dal momento in cui si entra, si viene accolti in un ambiente caldo e accogliente, dove ogni dettaglio sembra studiato per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Il personale è cordiale e professionale, sempre pronto a consigliare piatti e abbinamenti. La vera sorpresa, però, arriva con il cibo. Le materie prime sono di qualità eccellente, freschissime e selezionate con cura, e si sente subito la passione che lo chef mette nella scelta degli ingredienti. I piatti, pur innovativi e creativi, non perdono mai il legame con la tradizione culinaria locale, offrendone una rivisitazione moderna che non dimentica le radici. Le porzioni sono generose e ogni portata è un’esplosione di sapori ben bilanciati. Lovely restaurant with amazing staff. The food was the best we’ve had in the area and all the ingredients were seasonal and mainly from their garden. They also served warm homemade bread with olive oil from their trees which was so tasty. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us excellent recommendations for the local wines. Would thoroughly recommend.

We spend a week at Parco degli Aranci and enjoyed a dinner at the adjacent restaurant. It is a charming restaurant set in a peaceful, rural setting. The food is delicious, made with as many local and homegrown ingredients as possible. The flavors are surprising and unique, unlike anything you will find at more typical restaurants. There are also several tasteful options for vegetarians and a great menu for kids. The staff are professional and very friendly, the chef is truly dedicated to his cooking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in a beautiful countryside location.

Siamo stati a pranzo ieri con mia moglie in questo ristorante che ha appena aperto. La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. Siamo stati accolti in un ambiente moderno, curato e accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato egregiamente, si vede che c'è una grande ricerca del gusto: consiglio assolutamente di provare il cubotto di maiale (se disponibile) - mi spiace non aver fatto una foto. Anche i dolci curatissimi e molto particolari. Esploriamo spesso con mia moglie i ristoranti della Puglia e credo che questo rappresenti una novità nel Salento. Ci torneremo!
